		<description>Tre~&lt;br&gt;I love your passionate stand for people to both notice that their thoughts are what are causing the reaction and to say it&#039;s okay to claim what does and doesn&#039;t work for them.&lt;br&gt;One thing that I learned from one of my teachers that works for me is to notice the &quot;shoulds&quot; I place on others — and then change my shoulds to a &quot;could&quot; and shift into an &quot;I wonder…&quot; question…It puts me in a state of more flow, power, connection and openess without having to endorse another&#039;s behavior. &lt;br&gt;Keep putting what you see out there — it&#039;s wise, beautiful, powerful and inspiring.&lt;br&gt;Love and light&lt;br&gt;Shannon</description>
