I’m Tre and this site is a glimpse of my work and life practice.

I help people learn

how to think for themselves

how to own their voice

how to sift the  roles they’ve been playing–with good intention–based onlayers of cultural impositions and upbringing and dive deep into the what they think and feel.

how to stand in that raw space where you realize you don’t really know what you think and feel….or don’t really know who you are…or don’t really know what you are about or what you want to do with your life.

And it’s there that I help folks begin to sculpt lives of meaning…thought by thought.

In our work together, I’ll familiarize you with how to sift your thoughts and help you figure out what influences you’re responding to.

I’ll help you comprehend your inherent worth and wellbeing, and offer ways you can begin to respond to the inner nudge, the influence that matters most.

The opportunity:

Right this moment, we are each choosing. The influence in thought we respond to and the what we live because of that response.

Right this moment, we :

• have the right to choose the voice we want to heed and live.
• have the right to squelch the inner bully that condemns, sabotages, shuns, and tries to suffocate.
• have the right to own our worth and to live our individuality as wholeness, completeness, innocence and joy.
• have the right to live that knowing, 24/7, or thought by thought.

Our lives are expressions of the right now. We are not so much stuck in our history as we are our unfolding and living our individuality–our innate wholeness. And we live this moment to moment. So we’re not ever imprisoned, in what was, or what we chose, or what we did, or what was done to us or what happened.

We sift thoughts and figure out which influence we’re responding to. And we figure out how to respond to the inner nudge, not react in fear or anger or overwhelm.
