Camels. Great analogy. Thought feels heavy, burdened, and weighed down a lot when that stuck feeling dominates. Good for you you've discerned this and already have a way you work through it.

Grateful you found the blog :) and really appreciate you making the effort to comment on its value.

Be well and enjoy your thought by thought 'caravaning' :)

I like the way you boil down these complex problem solving issues into formulas that are easy to remember and handy to memorize in times of stress. It's like a magical charm.

My own approach is to visualize the departure of a caravan with lots of camels. On the first day, the departure is the event - not making miles. Often they camp just after a few hours on their way. So it's with most of my problems. When I actually set out to find a solution - the solution comes. It's the at the point of starting, STOPPING to feel stuck where most of my own problems are. So I try to make starting easy.

Thank you for sharing the magic words :)
