Womanhood Wednesday… I am able

Three words.

7 letters.

4 syllables.

Profound meaning.

When I say “I am able” out loud?

Fear stops attracting my thought.

For that moment.

When I defend this in my thinking?

Doubt doesn’t hold my attention.

For that moment.

When I say it over and over and over and over and over?

And, when I defend the why behind the statement?

I feel with my whole being the truth of that statement:

Moments of fear free.

Moments of doubt free.

Feeling of I am able.

True power.

True free.

Do you say this statement out loud?

Do you think it in your thoughts?

Do you hug it to your heart each moment?

Do you know the why behind why you can?

These are not questions to make you feel doubt in any way.

But if you are hesitating…

If you are not agreeing or nodding or yessing with me, I would adore hold thought hands with you and working to enable you to feel “I am able” too.

My heart to yours,

I am able. You are able. We are each…able.

Why?

Because this moment, and every single second of the day?

We are the expression of Being.

And just like cause and effect, Being can’t be without each idea that reflects it.

I reflect Being.

You do too.

Do you know how completely empowering that is?

Image and likeness.

Now.

Forever.

Wow.

I am able.

We are able.

My heart to yours,

Tre ~
