My Alphabet Friends

Hello reader friend,

Ever since I can recall

Qualities became friends I wanted to spend time with all the day long

Especially the kind ones like wonder and delight

But to be honest with you, I’d shy away from the ‘tougher’ qualities like courage and bravery and might.

I seemed to believe there were steps to take

In order to prove I was brave and courageous and bold every day.

Yet as I matured and learned a spiritual fact:

That man (you and me!) are “the compound idea of God including all right ideas” in fact…*

I had an aha moment just then…

That even what I perceived as “tough qualities” could also be my thought friends.

And so I began to write about the qualities that we each include

And an alphabet of thought friends emerged as a sweet format.

Now maybe as you’re reading this you’re thinking “I will never be strong…

Or maybe as you’re reading this you may be thinking “I will never belong…”

Or maybe as you’re reading this you think the concept of thought friends is dumb…

Well that’s okay…you are allowed your unique opinion….

But if ever in the future or later today you find

That you are frustrated or upset or angered by something that disturbs or maybe something has bothered you a long while

Or maybe you have a deep to your heart goal you wanna achieve

And maybe you feel so ant small it may never be a possibility,

Well in fact if you can wrap your thought around this truth….

Whatever qualities you need to achieve those goals or overcome that frustration you can right now exude….

And maybe if you think of their essence as a thought friend….someone you may feel shy to your heart open up to and hand extend….

Simply try….to perceive that quality this way….

And you never know..that quality may become your thought friend too this very moment this very day.

Thank you for being here and reading this alphabet book of thought friends from my heart to yours…

May we each keep unfolding our truth in this great big beautiful full of good and love WORLD.

With luv,

me Tre ~
