Thought by thought . . .

Just a simple thought today.

I’m finding that there’s a tremendous hug when I pause to cherish the unique individuality that is mine and what comprises it.

What inspired me is this sweet video of Kristine Andreaseen’s song.

I’d just bought a pack of Crayola crayons the other day too, but just a 12 pack. 🙂

I wanted to just take some moments to color because when I do, I feel childlike and present.

There’s so much in our days that pulls at us to do more, be better, grow big.

But it always begins in thought and we are already the whole unique self we will always be.

This sweet song and video reminded me of that.

Hope they feel like a hug to you too. 🙂
