Authentic assessment

I used to measure via goals reached but now it's how happy I am in this moment.

Used to think that growth is a linear process much like going to 5th grade once you've finished 4th..

But can it be that there are no grades to begin with?

Such a neat concept, Yok, striving for happiness in the moment stead of thinking about the expected outcome and waiting for IT.
