3 Ways to read our thought compass

20130606-084338.jpg

We yearn to know what’s the next step…
We seek opinions of others and then when we do we feel regret.
We look to those who’ve gone before…
Yet no matter how significant their same footsteps will never be — cant be– ours.

We convince ourselves there’s this place of unknown…
We guarantee we have to wait to figure out just how…

When all the while if we get still…
We can sift thoughts and gauge our inner nudge …
How its allowing us read our thought compass if you will…

Here are three ways that have worked for me…
To read my thought compass and know how my inner nudge is pointing me:

1. Calm thought within and get so very still.

2. Defend “I am one with Love” and feel the strength reality and nowness of this inseparable bond.
Love is steering every moment of our being.

3. Ask: “What do I need to feel safe just this moment?”

In getting thoughts still?
We silence for those moments our vulnerability to listen to
fear.

In defending oneness to love and insisting on this fact?

We open thought to hear.

In asking ourselves what we need that moment?

We yield to our childlike willingness.
And this humility opens thought.
And because Love is steering us and supplying us, we will hear one next thing.

Even if that next thing is a total calm knowing.

Now, those arguing “yeah, great, fine… Then what? I need tangibles!!!!”

I hear you and to you I say: keep leaning on that thought compass…
It is pointing — for each moment — way.

There’s a big difference between what we think we need and what we actually do.

Often what we need is a willingness to act on more of the qualities we already have:
conviction
courage
strength
trust
calm
humility

Heeding that nudge of our thought compass,
we will always allow staying true.
