“What we most need is the prayer of fervent desire for growth in grace, expressed as patience, meekness, love and good deeds.” ~ Mary Baker Eddy

Patience finds you appreciating the now in a tender, gentler ways…

Being patient with ourselves, we find we’re able to pace ourselves and hold our hearts a bit more carefully, refusing to heed lures to condemn and shun.

Meekness has you on your knees mentally…realizing the bounty that’s always at hand: the right to think for ourselves, own our choices, establish our lives in the ways that speak to us…

Meekness finds us pacing a bit more humbly, pausing and asking what is our why and how are we responding…and what are the ways to help others be true to themselves more consistently…

Love finds you exuding unconditional embrace and compassion for any and every human heart…

Good deeds are the journey into the land of uniting thought with the moment…exuding your deepest sense of justice and humanity in all the varied ways this finds you outpouring joy into the lives of others…

A quilted living of gratitude … moment by moment and thought by thought…desired lived…and growth in grace obtained.

If you’re celebrating Thanksgiving, may you enjoy every moment of your holiday…

Here’s to living gratitude…thought by thought….

What are the ways you live and express your sense of gratitude? Would so value knowing…
