Just a simple thought today.
I’m finding that there’s a tremendous hug when I pause to cherish the unique individuality that is mine and what comprises it.
What inspired me is this sweet video of Kristine Andreaseen’s song.
I’d just bought a pack of Crayola crayons the other day too, but just a 12 pack. 🙂
I wanted to just take some moments to color because when I do, I feel childlike and present.
There’s so much in our days that pulls at us to do more, be better, grow big.
But it always begins in thought and we are already the whole unique self we will always be.
This sweet song and video reminded me of that.
Hope they feel like a hug to you too. 🙂

My uniqueness and discovering it.. never really gave it a thought, until now. This is something Dutch, there's a saying here (translated) 'Act normal, that's weird enough'.. (in Dutch that's: 'Doe maar normaal, dan doe je al gek genoeg' ;D). I'm feeling this is slowly changing in Holland though, thnx to social media.. where everyone is an individual trying to be unique, but also trying to be part of a group..
