We know what we know when we need to know it

Hmmm.

I’m hmmm-ing both outa resonating with the title and reminding myself of its truth.

We know what we need to know when we need to know it.

This is a simple offering for the mornin’….

I wanna hug your heart and tell you that your right now is full of all you need it to be…that whatever feels undecided, unknown, unclear, unsure, uncertain….

permission to remove the ‘un.’

Your now is whole and complete.

Your identity is whole and complete.

You know what you need to know for your right now.

And as you need to expand that knowing, you will know.

You will feel that welling within like a baby bird just knows when he needs to peck open his shell.

Not a moment too soon.

Not a moment too late.

Listen…and as you do if you feel squirming on anything, listen to that.

We get so ‘full steam ahead’ sometimes we don’t listen to that inner squirming that may well be that innocent nature of ours striving so hard at long last to be heard.

Listen to her. Listen to him. Listen to that inner pull.

It’s okay to squirm.

It doesn’t mean you’re weak.

It doesn’t mean you’re indecisive.

It doesn’t mean anything other than you are uncomfortable with whatever’s been proposed, whatever you’re being asked to do, or more whatever you are thinking you ‘must’ or ‘should’ do.

Trust the squirming enough to listen to it.

Trust you know right now what you need to.

Be okay with the right now. It’s all we have and it’s all we need….this moment.
