What if you’re doing it wrong?

Grey Sky: Hey. Me here. Just hanging out. Ya know? Doin what I do. Hovering. Low. Being Grey. How like me.

Blue Sky: WELLLLL. Hey there Grey Sky. Cheer up. One day soooooon with a ton of hard work and loads of effort YOU TOO can be BLUE again.

Grey Sky: Somebody say something?

Blue Sky: I did! I did! Me. Here. Being BLUE. You know? Everyone’s FAVORITE! What EVERYONE ADORES AND LOVES!!!! You know? MEEEEEEEE. Blue SKY! BLUE BABY BLUE. Sky.

Grey Sky: I keep hearing this murmuring thing. Maybe I need to hover lower. Ah..bring in some fog.

Blue Sky: How bout if I shine brighter? There. Are you SEEEEEEING ME NOW??? Everyone else is. Back to what I was saying. Don’t worry about being grey now. It won’t last forever. You’ll see. You’ll grow up, mature a lot. (Oh. Yeah. I forgot. You gotta mature a ton). And then one day someday YOU WILL BE BLUE LIKE ME. Because Grey won’t cut it. At all. Like never.

Grey Sky: I’m feeling a wind comin on. And my clouds are starting to thin.Kinda beautiful in ways the universe brings me out for a season. I’m sometimes purple heus and golden glows as the sun rises or sets. I kinda like how different I feel.

Blue Sky: YOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!! Aren’t you listening TO MEEEE??? I”m CALLING OUT TO YOU b/c I don’t want you to miss this opportunity TO BE BLUE. Really. It’s everyone’s goal. And you’ll have so much more fun when everyone is out and about loving life because you’re overhead being BLUE and you will sooo get to see all the smiles on everyone’s faces.

Grey Sky: I do a mean Halloween. Kids dig me. I hover. And hover. and the winds kick up the leaves and they add a nice golden hue to my back drop. Like for example today. All that frolicking and romping in the leaves was so fun to watch. All the kids loving the autumn. I do a great autumn.

Blue Sky: Golly. I can’t seem to sway you. Well, that’s okay. One day when you finally get smart like ME and figure out that you’re doing it wrong, while I’m gonna be too busy by then, I’ll pat you on the back and thank you for finally seeing the WAY TO BE BLUE.

Because we Blue Skies so got it goin’ on!!!!! Go Blue SKY! GO BLUE sky! GO BLUE BABY BLUE! Sky!

Grey Sky: I think for Halloween? I’m gonna hover real low and then break just as the night comes in so all the kiddy winks will getta view of the round moon. That’ll make for an outstanding Halloween evening. Yup. I’m gonna give that a whirl. I think that’ll go off well and they’ll appreciate that.

Blue Sky: Man you are so lost. You are thinking of others now? And what’s good for them? Are you kidding? When you’re like ME being BEAUTIFUL AND BLUE you will so not have time to think of helping others. You’re gonna love how self absorption feels because you have so much to love about yourself. Man I wish you’d figure out how to just come do it MY WAY NOW.

Grey Sky: well that’s a rap. I’m gonna call it a night and get some shut eye by staring at the deep twinkling stars just beginning to glow amidst my twilight and dream about the beauty of this season.
